All sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and applicable regulations:

• Returns are not accepted

• Refunds are not issued for change of mind, user error, or refused delivery

• Chargebacks filed for delivered or stolen packages will be disputed with supporting documentation

Reshipments are considered only in cases of verified fulfillment errors or shipping damage that meet the documentation requirements outlined above.
